Terms
To ensure the safety and interests of both parties (Customer and Hyronic Studios), all customers must agree to our Terms of Service.
By purchasing any Hyronic Studios product, you agree to this Terms of Service and to the Terms of Service / EULA of the marketplace you purchased from (BuiltByBit or Voxel Shop / Polymart). Violating any of these documents gives us the right to revoke your license, remove your Discord roles, and refuse future service.
Terms may change at any time without prior notice, so check back periodically. (Last updated: 7/14/2026)
Marketplace Agreements
We sell our products on BuiltByBit and Voxel Shop (formerly Polymart). Every purchase is also bound by that marketplace's own rules, which take priority for anything about payments, disputes, or account access on that platform:

- VoxelShop/Polymart: Terms of Service, Wiki & Rules
This document covers everything specific to using our products. If something isn't addressed here, the marketplace's terms apply.
License
- Purchasing grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal or commercial projects. You do not own the product.
- Your license is tied to your marketplace account. If you lose access to that account, we cannot recover, transfer, or re-issue the license.
- You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the product (including source files, configs, or assets) outside of the project it was purchased for, even for free.
- Only people who actually work on your project may access the product. You are responsible for anyone you share it with.
- You may not use the following in your own branding, advertising, or storefronts:
- The "Hyronic" name in any text on your server or product.
- Our product logos (a setup's logo must match its original server logo).
Payments & Refunds
- Refund eligibility mainly depends on the platform you purchased from, submit your request there first, and they'll review it.
- Exception: you may request a refund directly from us instead, but only if you actually purchased the resource and have never downloaded it. This must be requested within 7 days of purchase. After that, we won't accept it.
Support
- Support only covers issues with features that are part of the product as sold. We don't build or add new features as "support".
- Be respectful and reasonable when requesting support. Abusive or excessive demands may result in support being denied.
Reviews
Reviews must be honest, factual, and about the product, not a bug report or support request. Follow the review guidelines of the marketplace you bought from: BuiltByBit Review Guidelines or Voxel Shop's rules.
- One review per user, per resource, reflecting the latest version.
- Reviews must be truthful, relevant, and not exchanged for anything (a star rating, a review back, etc.).
- Don't use reviews to ask support questions or report bugs.
Breaking any rule above, or the Terms/EULA/Rules of the marketplace you purchased from, is treated the same way: we may revoke your product license, remove your Discord roles, and deny future purchases or support without refund.
